Ingredients:
250g salted jelly fish
50g dried Black fungi
Condiments:
5g chopped onion
5g mashed garlic
3g soy sauce
5g vinegar
1g aginomoto
5g sesame oil
Cooking method:
1. Soak salted jelly fish, Black fungi, and respectively cut into slices, then bleach and remove into the plate for later use.
2. In a bowl, combine with moderate soy sauce, vinegar, aginomoto, sesame oil, chopped onion and mashed garlic, then sprinkle on top of Black fungus and salted jelly fish slices, mix well and enjoy.
