Ingredients:
50g White fungi
20 Bamboo fungi
50 lotus seeds
Moderate rock candies
Cooking steps:
1. Soak Bamboo fungi, remove two sides.
2. Soak White fungi, remove the root and then tear into clumps.
3. In a pot with moderate water, drop in White fungus clumps and Bamboo fungus, then combine with lotus seeds and finally bring into a boil.
4. Add moderate rock candy, turn into low flame and stew till thick. Enjoy.
