Ingredients:
a small cup of rice
5 crushed walnuts
1 piece of White fungus
A purple potato
Honey
Method:
1. Soak White fungus in warm water and tear into small pieces, peel the purple potato and then cut into 1cm dices.
2. Put moderate water and rice into the pot, bring to a boil, then combine with purple potato dices, low to soft heat and cook for 40 minutes.
3. Bake walnuts under 120 degrees for 10 minutes, then remove into freshness protection package and pulverize with a mallet while they are hot.
4. Put soaked White fungus pieces into the pot, then drop in pulverized walnuts.
5. Finally drizzle with moderate honey after the porridge is cooled down.
