Delicate Shiitake porridge with celery

Ingredients: celery, Shiitakes, rice, salt, chicken powder, oil, medlar
Cooking method: 
1. Trim the celery, wash and then cut into dices.
2. Wash Shiitakes, remove the bottom portion and then roughly dice.
3. Wash the rice, then remove to a pot with moderate water and cook till the porridge is done.
4. Combine with celery, Shiitake dices and go on for 10 minutes. (You could fry them in advance so that they bring more delicious flavor.)
5. Season with a pinch of salt and chicken powder, garnish with a few medlar. Serve and enjoy.
