New mushroom way: Fried thick King oyster mushroom slices

Ingredients: 
2 King oyster mushrooms
paste
20g vegetable oil
Cooking method: 
1. Wash King oyster mushrooms, cut into thick slices, then pickle with paste.
2. Heat the pot, dump with moderate oil, when hot, drop in King oyster mushrooms and fry on low flame till golden.
3. You could go with tomato sauce if you like.
