You need to prepare:
5 peach gums
White fungi
Moderate roses (normally used for tea making)
20g cranberries
50g rock candies
Steps:
1. Soak peach gums for 24 hours till soft.
2. Soak White fungus and then tear into pieces.
3. Remove white fungus pieces and rock candy into a pressure cooker, combine with enough water and stew for 35 minutes.
4. Combine with soaked peach gums and go on stew for 20 minutes.
