Ingredients:
60g Oyster mushrooms
60g Asparagus
5g onion segments
5g ginger slices
Condiments: salt, light soy sauce
Steps:
1. Trim the Oyster mushrooms, rinse and then tear into long strips.
2. Peel the Asparagus and then roughly dice.
3. Heat the pot, dump with moderate oil, when hot, drop in ginger slices and onion segments, then combine with Asparagus dices and Oyster mushroom strips.
4. Adjust the seasoning with a spoon of light soy sauce and a pinch of salt. Serve and enjoy.
