Ingredients: Enoki mushrooms, dried red peppers
Condiments: Salt, oil, soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil
Cooking method:
1. Trim the Enoki mushrooms, break into clumps, then blanch, finally spoon out and keep aside.
2. In a pot, drizzle with moderate oil, after turning hot, take off flame, drop in dried red peppers and fry till they turn black red.
3. Chop the fried red pepper, remove into a bowl and season with a pinch of salt.
4. In a bowl, combine with a spoon of soy sauce, a spoon of vinegar, a dash of sesame oil and then whisk well.
5. Pour the liquid on Enoki mushroom clumps and then stir well. Serve and enjoy.
