Ingredients: minced pork, Seafood mushrooms, chopped green onion, broccoli, sesame oil, salt, sugar, chicken powder, yellow rice wine
Cooking method:
1. Pickle minced pork with salt, chicken powder, sugar, sesame oil and cooking wine, wash broccoli and then break into chunks.
2. Heat the pot, dump with moderate oil, then drop in chopped green onion and fry till fragrant.
3. Combine with Seafood mushrooms.
4. Prepare a marmite, pour in moderate water and fried Seafood mushrooms.
