Ingredients:
A handful of Hypsizygus marmoreus
3 eggs
Moderate chopped onion
Condiments: Salt, black pepper powder, oil, corn starch, water
Steps:
1. Wash Hypsizygus marmoreus, drain off excessive moisture and then keep aside.
2. Heat the pot, dump with a spoon of oil, drop in Hypsizygus marmoreus and fry till well-done, then remove from the pot.
3. Evenly mix corn starch with water.
4. Beat the eggs, season with a pinch of salt, black pepper and chopped onion, then combine with fried Hypsizygus marmoreus, water starch and whisk well.
5. Heat the pot and drizzle with moderate oil again, pour in egg liquid, turn over when the bottom is a little bit caky.
6. Break the caky staff into chunks, remove from the pot. Serve and enjoy.
