Ingredients:
2 baby cabbages
5 Shiitakes
Chicken soup
Salt, white pepper powder, aginomoto, starch
Cooking method:
1. Wash baby cabbages, then cut into stripes.
2. Wash Shiitakes, remove the bottom portion, then cut into slices.
3. In a pot, pour in moderate chicken soup, bring into a boil, then drop in baby cabbage stripes, Shiitake slices and bring into a boil again.
4. Adjust the seasoning with a pinch of salt, white pepper powder and chicken powder. Finally thicken the soup with the mixture of starch and water. Serve and enjoy.
