Main ingredients:
Button mushroom slices
Chopped Onion
Auxiliary ingredients: Moderate flour, cream, butter and pepper powder
Steps:
1. Melt 100g butter in a pot, then pour in moderate flour and fry till fragrant.
2. Pour in moderate cold water, whisk with a spoon, along with the increase of temperature, the flour mixture becomes thick.
3. Heat another pot, combine with a few butter, chopped onion, Button mushroom slices and fry till well-done, then remove into the flour mixture, bring into a boil.
4. Finally let 100g cream join in, sprinkle with a pinch of salt and pepper powder. Serve and enjoy.
