Nutrient-rich recipe: Bamboo fungus soup with carrot

Ingredients: 
3 Bamboo fungi
A carrot
750ml soup stock
5g ginger
A pinch of salt
Cooking steps: 
1. Soak Bamboo fungi in light salt brine, wash, trim and finally cut into segments.
2. Wash the carrot and then cut into pieces, cut ginger into slices.
3. In a pot, pour in moderate soup stock, drop in all ingredients and stew for 15 minutes.
4. Adjust the seasoning with a pinch of salt. Serve and enjoy.
