Ingredients:
500g Oyster mushrooms
A cabbage
Auxiliary material: oil, salt, dried pepper, garlic, onion, soy sauce, oyster sauce, chicken powder
Steps:
1. Wash Oyster mushrooms, remove the roots, tear into pieces and then bleach for 1 minutes.
2. Wash the cabbage, drain off excessive moisture and then cut into slices.
3. Heat the pot, pour in moderate oil, drop in dried pepper, onion and fry till fragrant.
4. Combine with bleached Oyster mushroom pieces, cabbage slices and fry well with all ingredients.
5. Adjust the seasoning with salt, soy sauce, oyster sauce and fry evenly. Finally sprinkle with a pinch of chicken powder. Serve and enjoy.
