Ingredients: green pepper, Enoki mushrooms, carrot, oyster sauce, salt, chicken powder
Cooking method:
1. Wash green pepper and then dice, wash carrot and then finely slice. Trim Enoki mushrooms and then tear into clumps.
2. Heat the pot and dump with moderate oil, pour in two bowls of water and bring into a boil, then drop in Enoki mushroom clumps and let sit for 1 minute.
3. Dump the boiling water out, heat the pot again, drizzle with oil, then add green pepper dices and fry till the color changes, then carrot slices and toss about in the pot for 3 minutes.
4. Combine with Enoki mushroom clumps and fry well with all ingredients.
5. Season with a pinch of salt and moderate oyster sauce.
6. Sprinkle with a dash of chicken powder, if you desire.
7. Turn the dish out on to a plate. Enjoy.
