Ingredients:
150g Hypsizygus marmoreus
250g wax gourd
A few medlar
Moderate garlic slices
Condiments: light soy sauce, soup stock, salt, water starch
Cooking method:
1. Peel the wax gourd and then cut into thick slices.
2. In a pot, dump with moderate oil, drop in garlic slices till fragrant, then add thick wax gourd slices and fry with garlic slices.
3. Sprinkle with moderate light soy sauce.
4. Combine with Hypsizygus marmoreus and a few medlar. Pour in moderate soup stock, then cover pot lid and braise for 10 minutes till wax gourd slices turn transparent.
5. Finally season with salt according to your taste and then thicken the dish with the mixture of starch and water. Enjoy.
