Ingredients:
4 King oyster mushrooms
20g green and red pepper
4-5 cloves of garlic
30g sesame oil
10g vinegar
1g salt
Cooking method:
1. Wash King oyster mushrooms, steam for 7-8 minutes on medium or high heat, then remove out of the steamer and cool down.
2. Mince garlic cloves and then cut pepper into small circles.
3. Prepare the sauce with minced garlic, vinegar, salt, sesame oil and stir evenly.
4. When the steamed King oyster mushrooms are not hot, tear into strips, place in a plate and then sprinkle with the sauce.
