Ingredients: ribs (ignore if you don’t like), dried White fungus, Chinese yam, ginger slices, moderate salt
Instructions:
1. Soak dried White fungus in warm water, peel the yam, then cut into dices.
2. In a earthen pot, put in ribs, yam dices and White fungus pieces, combine with plenty of water and then bring into a boil.
3. Skim off the blood bubble, drop in ginger slices, go on stewing for 30 minutes on low flame.
4. Adjust the seasoning with a pinch of salt. Enjoy.
