Before you cultivate mushrooms in greenhouse, be sure to strictly conduct the sterilization. The followings are three measures:
1. The simplest way: In general, directly seal the greenhouse, then fumigate by burning up sulphur, you could apply 15g in each cubic meter.
2. Fumigate by Formaldehyde or Potassium permanganate: Similarly, seal the greenhouse, apply 10ml of Formaldehyde and 4g of Potassium permanganate in each cubic meter. Formaldehyde holds strong sterilization capacity, poor pesticidal effect and intense pungency, hence you should pay attention to the protection when sterilizing.
3. Spray bleaching powder liquid: Mix 1kg of bleaching powder with 30kg of water and then spray to the space of greenhouse, you don’t need to seal the greenhouse while gaining considerable sterilization effect. Most importantly, bleaching powder holds corrosive action and should be properly handled when sterilizing.
