Ingredients:
10g Morels
25g Agaricus blazei murill
200g lean meat (ignore it if you don’t like)
A pinch of salt
Steps:
1. Wash Morels and Agaricus blazei murill, remove the bottom portion and then keep aside.
2. Scrub dendrobe and set aside, mince the meat.
3. In a stew pot, combine with all ingredients, pour in 3 bowls of water and stew for 3 hours. Before serving, adjust the seasoning with a pinch of salt.
