Ingredients: Oyster mushrooms, Straw mushrooms, Button mushrooms, caraway, salt, sugar, cooking wine, aginomoto
Cooking method:
1. Wash Button mushrooms, remove the roots and wash, then give a quick boil, ladle out and let sit in cold water.
2. Wash Oyster mushrooms, Straw mushrooms and remove the root part, wash caraway and then mince (Omit if you don’t like).
3. Slice all the mushrooms, put into a stew cup, dump with soup-stock, sprinkle with salt, sugar, cooking wine, aginomoto and stew for half an hour.
4. Finally garnish with minced caraway according to your taste.
