Ingredients:
150g Black fungi
100g fresh shrimp meats
50g Bamboo slices
50g heart of green vegetable
Condiments: Cooking wine, soy sauce, salt, chopped green onion, ginger slices, oil
Cooking method:
1. Soak Black Fungi, tear into pieces, then wash shrimp meats.
2. Heat the pot and add moderate oil, drop in chopped green onion, ginger slices and fry till fragrant, then combine with Black fungus pieces, shrimp meats and fry till the shrimp meats turn colors.
3. Season with a dash of cooking wine, soy sauce. Enjoy.
