The high-yield cultivation technology of Monkey head mushroom

1. Field selection: Choose the field where holds considerable ecology environment and fine water quality, free from hazardous gas, waste water or other source of pollution within 300 meters.
2. Cultivation season: From late September to early January of the following year.
2. Compounding and bagging or bottling: 
Formula of compost: 
A. Cottonseed hull 55%, bran 10%, sawdust 10%, rice bran 10%, corn (1860, -14.00, -0.75%) powder, cottonseed cake 7%, gypsum 1%.
B. Residue of corncob 55%, bran 10%, sawdust 10%, rice bran 10%, corn powder 7%, cottonseed cake 7%, gypsum 1%.
C. Residue of corncob 30%, cottonseed hull 25%, bran 10%, sawdust 10%, rice bran 10%, corn powder 7%, cottonseed cake 7%, gypsum 1%. Adjust the water content in 65%, adjust the PH Value in 5-6.
Bag preparation: Add equal water of cottonseed hull and pre-wet, put into other compost and mix well, utilize 750ml of spawn bottle or 14cm*27cm*0.0045cm of polypropylene plastics tube bag to charge materials, tightly press surface of material and keep slight loose interior. Material-charging should be finished in 6 hours.
4. Sterilization and inoculation:
A. Sterilize for 2 hours under high pressure of 125 degrees or sterilize for 10-12 hours under ordinary pressure of 100 degrees.
B. Inoculation: After finding that the temperature of material has been cooled to under 28 degrees, you could put bottle or bag into inoculation box or aseptic room, install moderate disinfectant in inoculation box and aseptic room, hermetically fumigate for half an hour, then each strain inoculates about 35 bottles or 50 bottles.
5. The cultivation of spawn
A. Cultivation room should be disinfected frequently to make it clean, dry, ventilated and lightproof.
B. Cultivation method: 
Bottle cultivation: Stack up in wall type, the height of gross bottles should be in 15.
Bag cultivation: Inoculate surface up and stack up in two layers.
C. Cultivation management: The temperature of spawn-running room should be controlled in 22-25 degrees, relative air humidity should be controlled in 65%-70%, you could utilize straw matting and sunshade net to shade and retain essential dark spawn running room, ventilate in good time and keep fresh air. One week after inoculation, combine with pile-turning and check again, undesirable cultivation bottles and bags should be removed in time.
D. Cultivation time: 20 to 25 days under indoor cultivation, spawns stretch into one half to two thirds of material.
6. Uncover cap and arrange lantern ring.
1. Bottle cultivation: After finding that spawns have stretched into one third to two thirds of material, you could uncover brown paper in bottle mouth.
2. Bag cultivation: After finding that spawns have stretched into above one half of material, you could open bags and put lantern ring with the diameter of about 5cm and cling to the surface of material, then stack cultivation bags up in wall type and the number of bags should be within 7.
Fruiting management: Mushroom house should be sterilized, clean, ventilated and hold scattered light, the temperature of fruiting is 12-18 degrees, you could spray water on the ground and spray water in the space, keep relative air humidity of mushroom house in about 90%, during the growth period of sporocarp, you could keep relative air humidity in about 85%, guarantee certain scattered light to induce the formation of primordium, keep fresh air in mushroom house and hang straw matting to prevent direct wind.
