Ingredients:
1 King oyster mushroom
1 egg
2 spoons of cornstarch
2g salt
Moderate oil
Cooking method:
1. Wash King oyster mushroom, tear into slices with moderate width, then put into a bowl.
2. Pickle King oyster mushroom slices with 2g salt for 10 minutes, mix well with hands and squeeze excessive moisture.
3. Break the egg, combine with King oyster mushroom slices, add 2 spoons of cornstarch and mix well with chopsticks.
4. Dump with moderate oil into the pot, then fry King oyster mushroom slices on small and medium fire till golden, spoon out and enjoy.
5. Sprinkle with a dash of salt, if you like.
