Ingredients: rice, Shiitakes, lean meat, shredded ginger, caraway segments, chicken claws (add if you like)
Cooking method:
1. Dice Shiitakes, slice lean meats, chop chicken claws into three segments and keep aside.
2. Wash rice, dump into the stew pot and then pour in moderate water.
3. Combine with Shiitake dices, lean meat slices and chicken claw segments, sprinkle with shredded ginger and stew for 3 hours or so.
4. Lightly season with salt, garnish with caraway segments, if you like.
