Ingredients:
50g Shiitakes
100g soybean sprouts
Condiments: vegetable oil, soy sauce, vinegar, salt, sugar, sesame oil, soup-stock
Cooking method:
1. Wash soybean sprouts, trim and drain off excessive moisture, then set aside.
2. Wash Shiitakes, remove the bottom portion and then cut into slices.
3. Heat the pot, dump with moderate oil, drop in soybean sprouts, Shiitake slices and fry for a moment.
4. Combine with soup-stock, soy sauce and bring into a boil, then lower to soft heat and stew till the peduncles of soybean sprouts become transparent.
5. Finally season with moderate vinegar, sugar and salt, drizzle with sesame oil before serving. (omit if you don’t like)
