Ingredients: winter melon, fresh Shiitakes, chicken broth, salt, sugar, shallot
Cooking method:
1. Wash the winter melon, peel and then dice.
2. Wash fresh Shiitakes, discard the bottom portion and then slice.
3. Turn on the flame, pour chicken broth into the marmite, drop in winter melon dices and then allow to boil on high fire.
4. When you find that winter melon dices become a little bit transparent, combine with fresh Shiitake slices.
5. Season with a dash of salt, sprinkle with moderate sugar.
6. If desired, top with chopped onions.
