To prevent termite, you could apply Mirex or 700 times of Phoxim, the mixture of alum powder and sugar and spray on wood pile or dried weeds.

To prevent mite, you could apply 200 times, 70% of Propargite or 2000 times, 2.5% of Uranus.

To prevent limax, you could use 5% of saponated Cresol solution or 50% of saline solution to sprinkle and kill.

To prevent diseases, you could prevent high temperature, high humidity and spray water in the morning or at night.
