Ingredients:
4 eggs
100g Black fungus
50g celery
15g garlic
A dash of salt, rice wine, peanut oil and sesame oil
Cooking method:
1. Break the eggs into the bowl, break up and set aside. Wash celery and cut into segments.
2. Wash Black fungus and tear into pieces.
3. Heat the pot, add a drizzle of oil, drop in garlic, Black fungus pieces and fry, then sprinkle with moderate rice wine, eggs, celery segments and stir well.
4. Finally season with salt and sesame oil.
