Sunlight greenhouse is the preferred place for Pleurotus nebrodensis cultivation. You could uncover the plastic film and dry greenhouse under the sun for 2 weeks before the cultivation. 2. Bagging and sterilization: You should measure the moisture of sterilized compost, adjust the water content in a range of 55%-60%, adjust the PH value in 8-8.5. It is worth mentioning that sterilization should be thoroughly completed. 
3. Fruiting management: After spawns become fully-grown, allow for one week of growth, then transfer fungus sacks into the place where owns low temperature or make reverse operation to greenhouses, you could cover mats in the daytime and uncover mats in the evening.
