Ingredients:
19g White fungi
1 black-bone chicken
225g lean meat
A cup of milk
2 ginger slices
A dash of salt
Cooking method:
1. Soak White fungi for 20 minutes, then wash and tear into pieces.
2. Wash and gut black-bone chicken, then give a quick boil to it.
3. In a pot, combine with moderate water, black-bone chicken, lean meat, White fungus pieces and ginger slices, after bringing into a boil, lower to soft heat and stew for 2.5 hours.
4. Pour in a cup of milk, go on stewing for 5 minutes and finally season with a dash of salt.
