Ingredients: fresh Enoki mushrooms, sugar, salt, onion segments, Sichuan pepper, aginomoto, citric acid
Instructions:
1. Firstly fry Enoki mushrooms.
2. Mix all condiments (according to your taste), combine with water and then remove into the aluminium pot, and then add Enoki mushrooms, blanch for 5-10 minutes and then spoon out.
3. Spread the blanched Enoki mushrooms in the bake sieve and remove into oven, bake in 70-80 degrees Celsius temperature or dry under the blazing sun. During this period, turn over for 2 times so as to accelerate the drying speed and prevent adhesion.
