Ingredients: Black fungus, lotus root, onion segments, ginger slices, oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, light soy sauce, cooking wine, starch
Cooking method:
1. Peel the lotus root, thinly cut into slices and then soak in water.
2. Soak Black fungi, wash and tear into clumps.
3. Heat the pot, dump with moderate oil, when hot, drop in ginger slices, onion segments and fry till fragrant, then combine with lotus root slices, season with a spoon of vinegar, sugar, salt and fry evenly.
4. Let Black fungus clumps join in and fry on high flame. Serve and enjoy.
