Roast your own Shiitakes

Ingredients: 3 Shiitakes, 4 spoons of olive oil, 3 spoons of chopped onion, mashed garlic, 4 spoons of spiced vinegar
Cooking method:
1. Wash Shiitakes and then put into the plate.
2. In a bowl, combine with oil, chopped onion, mashed garlic and vinegar, then sprinkle the sauce on top of Shiitakes evenly and allow to sit for about 1 hour.
3. Preheat the oven on medium high heat, roast Shiitakes for about 10 minutes and turn over frequently.
