How to control Black Spot Disease on Enoki mushroom cultivation

Symptom: Black Spot Disease is a kind of bacterial disease that is caused by Pseudomonas Pseudoacaligenes. After getting infected, mushroom caps present oval brown or puce spots which initially show needle-shaped. After spreading, the diameter becomes 2-4mm, edges are orderly while sometimes caps crack.
Control methods:
1. Control the temperature and humidity of mushroom greenhouse.
2. When you spray water, be sure not to directly spray on the sporocarps of Enoki mushroom, cold water is prohibited as well.
3. Be sure not to maintain the humidity of greenhouse over 90% in prolonged time, the motion of water-spraying should be varied from weathers, the advisable way is to frequently, lightly, thinly spray water in sunny day while spray less or stop it in rainy day. After each time of water-spraying, enhance the ventilation of mushroom greenhouse and then cover mulching film.
4. During the fruiting period, adjust the temperature in 17 degrees or so. When you find any infected mushrooms, timely pick them out and spray 100-200 international unit of agricultural streptomycin or 600 times of bleaching liquid.
