Recipe: braised Button mushroom

Ingredients: 
500g Button mushrooms
A pinch of diced green onions
Condiments: 
1 spoon of oyster sauce
A sauce of barbecue sauce
A spoon of sugar
A dash of pepper powder
Cooking method:
1. Wash Button mushrooms, cut into slices, blanch in boiling water and then spoon out.
2. Heat the pot, drizzle with moderate oil, then drop in mushroom slices and fry for a while, next, season with a spoon of oyster sauce.
3. Combine with moderate water, barbecue sauce, sugar and pepper powder, and then bring to a simmer.
4. Turn into moderate heat till the sauce has reduced. Finally finish with diced green onions.
