Ingredients:
2 Monkey head mushrooms
3 Flower mushrooms
A handful of asparagus segments
4 ginger slices
5-6 red dates
8 medlars
A pinch of salt
1600ml of water
Instructions:
1. Soak Monkey head mushrooms and Flower mushrooms in clean water for 1 hours.
2. Pour 1600ml of water into a pot, bring into a boil, then drop in all ingredients and stew.
3. Turn into low heat and go on stewing for 1 hours covering the lid. Serve.
