Ingredients: lean meat slices, Enoki mushrooms, red pepper, green pepper, bruised ginger, salt, soy sauce, starch
Cooking instructions:
1. Pickle lean meat slices with a dash of soy sauce, salt and starch.
2. Wash red pepper and green pepper, remove the portion bottom and then cut into slices. Discard the root of Enoki mushrooms and then tear into clumps.
3. Heat the pot, add moderate oil, when the oil becomes hot, fry bruised ginger till fragrant, then combine with pickled meat slices and fry till the color turns white, then remove from the pot and set aside.
4. Drizzle with a dash of oil, add Enoki mushroom clumps, red pepper slices and fry, then season with salt and light soy sauce.
5. Finally combine with fried meat slices and fry well with all ingredients. Serve.
