Utilize Straws and sweet potato residues to cultivate Monkey head mushrooms

1. Strain choice: Choose superior strain which carries even appearance, fast growth and strong resistance, and strong vitality on spawns. PDA Substrate should be adopted on mother strain, normal substrate such as sawdust and bran should be adopted on stock strain.
2. Compost formula: 43% straw, 43% sweet potato residues, 12% corn powder, 1% gypsum powder, 0.5% superphosphate, 0.5% cane sugar, 171g of material should be carried in each bottle.
3. Cultivation method: Cut fresh and mould-free straws into 1.5-2cm of segments, soak in 1.5% of lime water for 8 hours, then rinse, drain off excessive moisture and combine with other materials, after that, adjust the PH Value to 5 or so, put material into 750ml of bottle and seal the mouth with brown paper. Next, conduct the autoclaved sterilization for 1 hour and then remove out of the sterilization pot. When the temperature has dropped to under 26 degrees, arrange the inoculation and then cultivate in the temperature range of 22-27 degrees.When spawns have become fully-grown and formed sporocarps, uncover the bottle mouth and allow to fruit under the temperature range of 15-20 degrees and the relative air humidity range of 80%-90%.
