Ingredients: Drumstick mushrooms, green peppers, vinegar, onion
Cooking instructions:
1. Cut onion into segments, then shred green peppers.
2. Thinly cut Drumstick mushrooms into slices, give it a quick-boil, then spoon out and keep aside.
3. Heat the pot, pour in moderate oil, drop in onion segments and fry till fragrant, then combine with Drumstick mushroom slices and fry for 2 minutes.
4. Season with salt and vinegar, serve immediately on warm plate.
