Ingredients:
Dried White Fungi
A snow pear
Medlar 10g
Rock candy 30g
Cooking method:
1. Soak White Fungi for at least 24 hours in advance.
2. Trim White Fungi and then coarsely tear into pieces.
3. Remove the core of snow pear and then dice.
4. Soak medlars in warm water.
5. In a pressure cooker, combine snow pear dices with White fungus pieces and rock candy, then pour in moderate amount of water.
6. Stew all ingredients for 20 minutes or so till White fungus pieces become colloidal.
