Ingredients: A iron stick yam, a carrot, Black fungi, green garlic, oil, salt,bruised ginger, chicken powder
Cooking instructions:
1. Pare the yam, wash cleanly and then cut into slices, wash carrot and then slice.
2. Wash the green garlic and cut into segments, tear Black fungi into small pieces.
3. Blanch the yam slices and Black fungus pieces, then spoon out and keep aside.
4. Heat the pot, pour in moderate oil, drop in bruise ginger and carrot slices.
5. Combine with yam slices, Black fungus pieces and fry for 1 minutes.
6. Put green garlic in and fry with all ingredients.
7. Season with a dash of salt and chicken powder. Serve.
