Briefly analyze the key technologies on industrialized cultivation of Enoki mushroom

As a kind of edible and medicinal mushroom that holds high economic value, the wide market prospect of Enoki mushroom is determined by its economic value. According to information, the cultivation period of Enoki mushroom is 53 days or so, the key technologies on industrialized cultivation of Enoki mushroom are summarized as follows:
1. Materials: The main materials include cottonseed hull, bran, corncob and rice bran, which account for about 90% of the gross weight, the remaining 10% are corn powder, Superphosphate and Calcium carbonate, the water content of the compost should be adjusted in a range of 60%-65.
2. Bottling, sterilization and cooling: You could use  machines on material-mixing and bottling, when you mix materials, evenly put 850g of raw materials into each bottle, then firmly press the surface, drill a hole in the middle part of bottle and cover filter lid so as to guarantee the fresh air and nutrition source which are needed during the normal growth of spawns.
3. Inoculation: In aseptic condition, use machines to inoculate the cultivated strain, the suggested inoculation amount is 10g in each bottle, 89-90 bottles could normally inoculated by a strain bottle of 850g.
4. Strain cultivation: Under the cultivation condition of certain temperature, humidity and time, cultivate the inoculated strain bottles in dark room. Enoki mushrooms are demanding and sensitive on light intensity, hence should be cultivated in dark room.
5. Fungi scratching: When you find that spawns are fully-grown, get rid of the bottle lid, rip off the old fungus blocks with scratching machine.
6. Inhibition: After you press buds, remove into the inhibition room. 
Technical parameters: 3-5 degrees of temperature, 80%-85% of relative air humidity, 5-7 days.
During this phase, ventilation is vitally crucial, you could ventilate for 15 minutes in each 4 hours, after 5-7 hours, evident fungus caps and stipes could be observed.
7. Growth: When you find that fungus cups have grown 1cm longer than bottle mouth, be sure to adjust the room temperature to a range of 6-8 degrees, meanwhile, conduct light treatment so as to improve the quality of sporocarps. When you find that the sporocarps have grown 3-4cm longer than bottle month, timely cover paper or plastic tube.
8. Picking: You could arrange the picking after observing that the fungus stipes have grown to 13-15cm and the diameter of fungus cap has reached 1 cm or so. In addtion, 2-3 days before the picking, open the electric fan in advance so as to evaporate the moisture, and then, remain the relative air humidity of mushroom house in a range of 70-80%, which make for improving product quality and extending the shelf life.
9. Packaging and refreshment: Respectively place the picked mushrooms in accordance with different grades, then get rid of the part which connects the stipe base with the substrate, package in accordance with different sizes and market requirements. After that, conduct air extracting seal with polythene film bag, next, store the packaged forms in low temperature.
