Ingredients: Ganoderma pieces, chicken, red dates, dried orange peels, longans, medlar
Cooking method:
1. Gut the chicken, wash, roughly chop into chunks and set aside, soak dried orange peels till soft.
2. In a stew pan, pour in moderate water and bring into a boil, then combine with chicken chunks, Ganoderma pieces, medlar, dried orange peels, red dates and stew for an hour and a half on gentle heat.
3. Let longans join in and go on stewing for 15 minutes.
4. Lightly season with moderate salt, serve and enjoy.
