Ingredients: Button mushrooms, vegetables, eggs, salt, cooking wine
Instructions:
1. Wash fresh Button mushrooms and thinly tear into pieces, blanch in the boiling water and then spoon out.
2. Crack the eggs in a bowl, combine with a teaspoon of cooking wine and a pinch of salt, then whisk evenly.
3. Sprinkle with 2 soup spoons of oil into the pot, drop in vegetables and then fry for a little while.
3. Combine with Button mushroom pieces, pour in moderate water and bring them into a simmer.
