Braised Beef with King oyster mushrooms

Ingredients: 
A piece of beef, roughly diced
King oyster mushrooms, roughly cubed,
A color pepper, finely diced.
Condiments: oil, salt, cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce
Cooking instructions:
1. Pickle beef dices with cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce and oil for 2 hours
2. Heat the pot and pour in moderate oil, drop in onion segments and fry till fragrant, then combine with pickled beef dices and quick-frying for a while. 
3. After stewing for 40 minutes, pour in a bowl of water and let King oyster mushroom dices join in, fry evenly and then stew for another 20 minutes.
4. Finally add color pepper dices and let sit for 5 minutes, then remove out of the pot and serve while the dish is hot.
