Ingredients:
50g Black fungus
A half chicken
Salt, chopped green onion, ginger slices, onion segments, cooking wine, Sichuan pepper
Cooking method:
1. Wash the chicken and chop into segments, soak, wash Black fungi and tear into pieces.
2. In a pot, combine with chicken segments, Sichuan pepper, ginger slices, onion segments, cooking wine and moderate amount of water, bring into a boil.
3. After boiling, skim off the foams, turn into moderate heat and boil for 30 minute.
4. Add Black fungus pieces, boil for 10 minutes and finally season with salt and garnish with chopped green onion.
