Ingredients:
15g Ganoderma
Pig trotters
Onion segments, ginger slices
Condiments: Cooking wine, salt, aginomoto, lard oil
Cooking method:
1. Wash and unhair the pig trotters, wash Ganoderma and finely cut into slices.
2. Heat the pot, add moderate oil, then drop in ginger slices, onion segments and fry till fragrant.
3. In a pot, combine with pig trotter, water, cooking wine, salt, aginomoto, and Ganoderma slices, bring into a boil, then turn into low flame and allow all ingredients to stew till well done. Serve and enjoy.
