Ingredients:
250g Straw mushrooms
25g Bamboo fungi
A few scallops, moderate pork bone soup
Cooking method:
1. Soak Bamboo fungi, wash and cut into segments.
2. Wash and soak scallops.
3. Wash Straw mushrooms and cut in half.
4. Let scallops sit in pork bone soup for 10 minutes.
5. Finally combine with Bamboo fungi and Straw mushrooms. Enjoy.
