Recipe: fried Black fungus with celery

Ingredients: 
100g Black fungi, fully soaked
100g celery
30g red pepper
Garlic, oil, salt, aginomoto, sugar, starch
Cooking method:
1. Wash Black fungi, then tear into pieces.
2. Wash celery and cut into segments, wash and dice red pepper.
3. Give a quick-boil to Black fungus pieces and celery segments, then spoon out and keep aside.
4. Heat the pot and add moderate oil, drop in garlic, red pepper dices and fry, then combine with Black fungus pieces, celery segments and fry well with all ingredients.
5. Season with a pinch of salt, aginomoto, sugar and fry on moderate heat, finally thicken with mixture of cornstarch and water. Serve and enjoy.
